BYLAW AMENDMENTS

Procedure: These bylaws may be amended at any meeting of the State Central Committee by a two-thirds vote of those present. Any member of the State Central Committee may propose an amendment by submitting it in writing to the state secretary, who shall include it in the notice of the next regular or special meeting. No proposed amendment may be considered unless it was included in the meeting notice.
Amendment of Proposals: Any proposal for amending the bylaws may be amended, provided that such amendments must relate directly to the line and section originally proposed for amendment.

Using this form to submit your bylaws change(s) will streamline submission by automatically creating a PDF and an email with the PDF attached to the Secretary and the Executive Board. It will also allow us to have an audit trail with timestamps on all submissions to ensure that we have received them on time.
