Using this form to submit your platform(s) proposals will streamline submission by automatically creating a PDF and an email with the PDF attached to the Committee and Executive Board. It will also allow us to have an audit trail with timestamps on all submissions to ensure that we have received them on time.
Please submit only 1 platform plank per submission. You may make multiple submissions for multiple platform planks using this form.
