Welcome Republicans!

We are getting geared up for the July 25, 2026 State Central Committee meeting in Pierre. The meeting will be held at the Larkspur Landing Event Center.

Also, the afternoon of July 24, 2026, we will have a training at the Larkspur that will be put on by the Leadership Institute. The cost is $15 per participant, you can also pay by card the day of the event.

After the training, we will move right into a social event right there at the Larkspur.

We are still finalizing a few details, but most are worked out and we are looking forward to seeing everyone there.

For the upcoming meeting we are offering you TWO (2) ways to designate and submit your proxy forms if you are unable to attend.

Method #1 – Submit Online

This is our preferred method for you to submit your proxy designation.  It’s fast and simple and streamlined. Click the button below to fill out the proxy form online.

You will receive an email confirmation and a copy of the form returned to you for your records.  Your designee will also receive a copy of the form as well.

We request you do this by July 20, 2026.

Method #2 – Download Form

If you have missed the July 20, 2026 deadline for submitting your proxy online, you may download the form below.

The completed and signed form must both be electronically transmitted to Secretary Starla Russell ([email protected]) before the meeting and the original signed copy must be brought to the meeting by your proxy to submit at check-in.
