PIERRE, S.D. — The South Dakota Republican Party (SDGOP) has officially advanced to Phase 3 of the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) GROW Program, marking a significant milestone in strengthening the Party’s organizational capacity, data infrastructure, and long-term grassroots engagement.
The GROW Program is a comprehensive, multi-phase initiative designed to help state parties build sustainable operations, expand voter outreach, and modernize campaign and organizational best practices. Advancement to Phase 3 reflects SDGOP’s successful completion of rigorous benchmarks related to leadership development, strategic planning, data utilization, and operational excellence.

Chairman Eschenbaum noted that advancing to Phase 3 positions the SDGOP to further expand voter engagement, strengthen county party operations, and support Republican candidates at every level heading into future election cycles.
